About Andy
Andy helps senior leaders and teams co-create journeys to success, injects high performance and nudges them along. He also conducts masterclasses, leads retreats and keynote speaks on senior leadership and high performance. He has also created and directed various story, music and art productions.
Andy ‘s experience includes leading teams and organizations in high-pressure, complex, and rapidly changing environments during 36 years in the Royal Marines; he was ormer Commandant General, Head of Service. He has supported C Suite leaders and teams since 2013, across all sectors: through crisis, scale-up, turnaround, M&A, global transformation and exponential growth. He has coached executives at FTSE level to reach their full potential in myriad situations.
Andy’s coaching style is collaborative, insightful, and rooted in practical experience. He draws on his military and performing arts expertise, extensive knowledge of high-performance dynamics, and a commitment to helping leaders unlock their full potential and be a catalyst for impact.
