As a Peak Performance Strategist, Abigail works with ambitious professionals and executives who want to achieve sustainable excellence. Abigail spent over a decade in front-office banking, working in private equity, acquisition finance and strategy roles, where high pressure and high expectations were the norm. That experience shaped her deep interest in what it truly takes to perform consistently at a high level over time.
She brings this combined commercial and human performance expertise into the design and delivery of high-impact programmes, training, talks and coaching. Abigail has worked with thousands of clients globally, across industries and levels of seniority — from early career professionals through to C-suite executives at FTSE 100 and S&P 500 organisations.
