Do I need to book the monthly workshops?

Yes, simply log in to RISE and visit Sessions to book your workshop each month.

Can I get access to the Deepsky Coaches for individual coaching?

One-to-one access to Deepsky Coaches can be paid for in addition to your RISE membership. We offer our members preferential rates and you can be contacted via the platform.

Is there a minimum membership/contract period?

No, it’s a monthly rolling membership period. Cancel at any time with 30 days’ notice.

How do I cancel my RISE Membership?

To cancel your membership, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your account on the RISE platform.
  2. Navigate to manage account
  3. Find the subscription management option.
  4. Select “Cancel Membership” and follow the prompts to confirm your cancellation.

What is your cancellation policy?

When you cancel, your membership will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. This means you can continue to access all features and content until the next payment date.
